Tabur seems like a testing ground for me to bring all the 1st timer with endurance. It's due to the nice scene of the mt and the rock climbing style that will let the 1st climber that I'm not worry on their physical fitness to try what a real climb will be. David seems enjoy the climbing better than the scene..... heheh :D This is part of my training to Rhinjani too... Bringing David is good plan, it's due to I can do the climb in fast pace for the training. It was a fun climb with Celyn and gang...... We did go the the further side of the tabur before going down to the orchart... It is a place laid with highland grass... The place allow you to sit and even sleep on the grass...... It suppose to be an event for Buddhist Japanese to honor the deceased and a joyful event attend together with all family members... "Bon Odori is a Japanese Buddhist Folk Dance performed outdoors and danced in concentric circle around a raised platform called a Yagura. Odori means dance and Bon is the abbreviated name of a Buddhist text, the Ullambana Sutra, whose Japanese pronunciation is Urabon, shortened to Bon. This is the dance when Mokuren danced for joy when his mother and seven generations of his ancestors were freed from their suffering. Chongkak(ulu langat). The trail is a quite less travelled trail, it's because the stars and end is quite far apart. Luen Mous has been our hornoured driver to pick-us up at the other end. This is the third time, I'm attending the exam. But, this time I'm taking ballroom(those bom cha cha type of dance) bronze exam and paso doble in latin. Mayb I've went through 2 exam past 2 years... don't feel too nervous and quite relax except by the time that is near to my turn and waiting outside the exam dance floor. The new comers that attending their 1st exam was excited hhehe :D and they keep practising in the waiting room..... After the exam, the examiner from London has given us an 2 hrs workshop on latin cha cha cha and jive. He has commented jive was the worst from us after he saw our performance in exam...... We gain alot during the workshop...... there are useful moves and techniques has been taught... especially avolate on jive steps and the new counting on jive - a, one, two,three and four, five and six counting that add an a for a quater counting on the avolation movement...... TUDM has been established on this day 50 years ago. In conjuction of the 50 years celebration, TUDM has organised it's 1st open hse. Jian Hua has told me this special event, Jeremy and I has decided to go and take a look and at the same time, try to do some shot on flying/displayed jets. Jets sky performance commence at 9am. We were there standing at the front line of the visitors. After the 1st PC7 launch a loud simulated strike, I shouted loudly due to the shock. Then Hawk, SK61, F/A-18-18D, Su-30MKM has flew on the sky elegantly. The best was the Mig 29N tactical display which flew closely and towards the crowd and crossing each other..... Travel to and forth to customer place and office for some technical issue. After I finally can settle down and back to office on 16th, my boss and colleague told me that I'm going to Raub exhibition. My purpose there is to assist 2 of our partner from Italy technically and take over after they went back to KL on the 1st day afternoon. This time Jian Hua had invited me to Batu Puteh with Shiong Har and Fong. I've heard about it's toughness for so long...... This Gunung is the most water point place I've ever climb, the water even flow through the hiking trail, no surprise this breed alot of leetches. After all my hermit crab death and I've set torties to freedom, I'm cracking my head what to do with the aquarium. One day, he brought me to the fish's shop. I got a chance to know raising a fish in a aquarium with aqua plant is so interesting and I've decided to get one for myself by reusing the aquarium I had. After I got started to plan, I found it's not easy, there are so many things I've to learnt to setup one. Start from 05/04/2008, I've started my setup. Here are the photos of my new aqua pets. I found it was so fun to have a chance setup the aquarium with Jeremy, The 1st week after the aquarium has been setup, I'm rushing back to home every day after work, to measure how long the plants has grown... This journey is like a giving me a chance to know the other beauty side of Bkt. Tabur. Last year, Thong has brought me to the west/right wing.... I thought that was the best view i ever see in KL area... but, this time.... left wing has given me a better view.... I felt like start knowing Tabur more again..... Marvelous... the journey was longer than the right wing, but went through few changes of scenic view.... from a normal jungle track, to botanic view then went down to another jungle track... then rock climbing to the top........ It has green clear water as Berkelah but maybe it's not as beautiful as Berkelah. But, still there are many beautiful pools allow us to swim .... Fong, Thong, Mich and Henry did their water dive in. Sharm has her swim lesson. I try to swim in open water... Besides all the above some enjoyable moment were : 1. During the lori ride, went through scenic rubber estate (red and falling leaves) and some grass area like sahara. 2. Sharm's b'day celebration. 3. This was Apple and Mhee's Wedding day.. We attend the morning and evening session. They are having Thai Chinese Wedding ceremony. It has a little difference compared to the Malaysian Chinese Wedding. The main event in the ceremony is basically the same but it has influence by Thai culture. Apple and Mhee has make the engagement, gifts sending (guo dai lei), bride receiving ceremony in one day. The most challenge thing for Jeremy and me was to wake up early which is 4 ++ am so that apple fren can fetch us from hotel at 5:15am to make it to the morning session which is engagement and then the next challenge was to shoot in a very low light environment. The night was cocktail dinner. I found Thai Chinese has a very gentle and elegant morning and night session. They do not have a trick session for Malaysian Chinese. The bridegroom no need went through so many test.
